Its fragrance is clean and earthy, and mixes well with the base herbs when burned. Our Rosemary is sourced locally at New York Greenmarkets from local farmers and greenhouses. Please note that when rosemary is fresh it is a vibrant green. But once it is dry enough to be ready to burn, it turns white or dark green. Don't worry, it will still smell amazing when burned!
